Restful Garden

Restful Garden, oil 12" x 16",  is one of two paintings that I have in the upcoming Women Artists of the West Online "Summer  Pleasures" Show.  This is a plein air piece done near downtown Colorado Springs.  I loved these old adirondack chairs.  After walking once through this back yard, I knew immediately what I was going to paint!

Tonight is the Opening of the Annual Sunny Vista Living Center Juried Show.  I'm honored that these two paintings were juried into the show.  Hope those of you who live in the Colorado Springs area can attend tonight's opening, or stop by Sunny Vista while the exhibit hangs until June 17th.
