100 Garden & Floral Oil Paintings, Original Art Work from A Colorado Daily Painter, 6/100

SOLD
6" x 8" oil on gessoed board
$100.00 + $10. s/h

Since we continue to have nights below freezing  (the weatherman says tonight is the last one!) I keep bringing my pansies in every night.  They are a hardy flower, but I don't want them to have a difficult beginning.  I'll plant them in a few days.  In the meantime, there's more for me to paint!

I've just taken several of my florals to Summerland Gardens.  They're in a new location with lots of room for more flowers as well as a great area to display and sell garden art and paintings.  I'm excited to work with them.

Pam, you need a little bit of our weather - we've been having a virtual heat wave this weekend!
This is exquisite. That vibrant, warm orange in the background makes all of your cooler colors vibrate with energy. I LOVE this.

Beautilful! Love the colors and the composition with the large, loose shadows. Congrats on the new selling locations too!

Pam, I absolutely love this beautiful painting!!!! Our pansies are done for the season...it is HOT now...too hot for pansies. Love the abstract nature of this painting.

Love the colors and pansies are my favorites. We had snow this afternoon...what about you? I can't even put flowers out until the first of June at our elevation. At least your paintings keep me thinking about the beauty of spring. Great job Pam.

This is such a beautiful painting! I love the colors and the in focus flowers and more blurred background. Much like some of my husband's favorite photos.

Claire, Thanks. Yes, we need a weather change. I'm know it's springtime in the Rockies, but it's challenging!

Thank you Art & Debbi! Using complements always makes a bold statement.

Linda, Thank you! Focusing in really closely does make an object seem a little abstract. I like the effect.

Thank you Dana, The velvet on these just fell in place. I love it when it all comes together.

Lori, Thanks. I think pansies are happy looking and when they come out we know winter is over (almost) so they're a flower that we all like!

Thank you Nancy! I really like this one, too

Kathleen, Thanks. We just had a few flakes. Gardening is even more challenging for you!

Thank you Sherrie, You're right. It does appear to be a bit similar to a photo when you get so close up.

Cathyann, Thanks. This one was a fun one!

Thank you Karen, The zing happens when you use complements.
