Sweet Silver Bells

Sweet Silver Bells
6" x 6" oil on panel
$100.00 + $10. s/h

This is the last of my six ornament pieces.  I loved painting these and will definitely paint more in the future;  whether this season or next season remains to be seen.  I think part of the fun for me were the light and reflections.  I do more landscapes and floral/garden paintings, and the strong, bold reflections found in the glass are not present in the out of doors.

I know your love is landscape but these are all pretty fabulous. I love the high contrast of the lights and darks on this one.

Oh Pam I LOVE the ornaments!! The compositions, the reflections...and they really have the feel of the glass...I'm inspired because of what you said too about the difference from outdoors...so good to work on different things.

Love the all-blue Pam. Very reminiscent of my childhood with an all-blue tree. Great series and well executed.
