New Plein Air Video

I created another plein air video. This one is of our trip last May to Sitka, Alaska. I posted these paintings and some of the photos from our trip in my blog in June, so some of this may be familiar. Enjoy!

I just watched this, and when viewed on my blog, about an inch is missing on the right side, ie: the whole front page doesn't show (some of the title is missing), some of the paintings are centered and there should be black on both sides and there isn't. I really don't know how to fix this. Does anybody have any suggestions? I guess if you want to see the whole page you can search for me on YouTube and watch it again there! Anyway, thanks for watching!

Stunning photos, Pam! I've mentioned before that I want to do an Alaska cruise one of these years. Your photos are the exemplification of why.

Hi Pam,
Looks like you've had a great trip!
About the video, I think it is too wide for your blog template.

Oh! Thank you everyone!

Nancy, The scenery was ever changing and constantly beautiful. I think I took over 1000 photos in the 3 weeks that we were there. Thank you!

Thank you Douglas! It was truly inspirational! You're up there and you know what is meant by God's Country.

Debbi. You are right. I am blessed and remind myself everyday! Thank you!

Thanks so much Carol. I hope you get there!

Sherry. Thank you. I hope that you and your husband can do a cruise. It is truly a spectacular state!

Thank you Eric! I checked that embed info out. I had chosen small, but it was still too wide. So, I decreased it by 20%, custom changed the embed code, and it is much better, still a little too wide. maybe I'll go in a fix it a bit more!

gros bisous

Love the video, just amazing scenery.

Check out the aspect ratios in your editing program, see that they match up with You tube. try 640x480 dimension.

Hi Pam,

It's a great video, and really easy to watch on you tube, you just hit the button in the corner and you're there. Thanks for this. Great video and painting.

Very inspirational and your technological expertise is spot on. You must share how you do this.

Thank you Hilda. I hope you get to go. It is beautiful!

Merci Martine. Je suis tellement content que vous avez aimé la vidéo. C'est génial d'être immergé dans la nature et apprendre à peindre!

Thanks so much Susan. I think it's fun to try to show just about the exact spot that I was painting. Although sometimes that wasn't possible when the boat kept moving!

Thank you Rate. I tried that dimension and it was still too big for my blog. Although a good size for YouTube.

Hi Barbara. thank you. I didn't know that you cold just hit that YouTube button! another reason why blogging friends are so great!

Thank you Deborah. This was my 3rd plein air movie. Each one gets a bit easier and better. I just use IMovie! I took a class at the Apple store.
