Pink Gerbera

Pink Gerbera
Oil 6" x 6"
$100.00 + $10. s/h

I love to have a bouquet of flowers in the house.  This was the last remaining flower in the bouquet.  It seems like the gerberas are often the last flower to stay blooming.  The bouquet started fairly large, then got smaller and smaller as I remade it.  This one lasted almost 2 weeks!

The flowers in our back yard are doing pretty well!  The lilies are in full bloom and the hollyhocks are just starting to blossom.  Not sure why, but there aren't as many coreopsis this year as there usually are.
Maybe the dry winter.

Love the harmony and graceful flow of the flower. I enjoyed your series of crab apple flowers too. You made great negative spaces and it helped remind me when I needed to do that.

Thank you Nancy. A garden is a 3 dimensional piece of art.

Julie, Thanks so much. I hope that someday we can get together...even meet half way!

Thanks so much Sherry. I always appreciate your words.

Pam, this is beautiful and I love hearing about your flowers. I share your love of bringing flowers from the garden into the house.
Love the shadow and the beautiful colors in the daisy.

Nice shadows and beautiful colors. Wish I could have hollyhocks in my garden.
