Morning Shadows

Morning Shadows
11" x 14" Oil
$265.00 + $10. s/h

"END OF SUMMER" SALE!  All paintings purchased in the month of August will be marked down.  My 8" x 10" oils will be on sale for $100.00.  My 6" x 6" and 6" x 8" daily paintings will be on sale for $75.00.  All other sizes are marked down as well.  Please email if you are interested in a painting posted in the past and I will change the paypal button just for you!

I loved the way the morning light created such beautiful colors in the shadows.

Tomorrow, Saturday 8/13, I'll be participating in the Canvases in the Canon Art Festival.  Artists will be located at both Starsmore Discovery Center, (where I'll be) and Helen Hunt Falls here in Colorado Springs.  Part of the proceeds of sales will go to North Cheyenne Canyon Park and Friends of the Canyon.  I hope that you'll stop by if you're in the area.

Thank you Dana! To be a favorite is something!

Deborah, Thanks so much. The shadows were such beautiful blues!

Thank so much Amy. The show should be fun. It's right be a creek.

Katherine, Thank you! With this one, all I did was put down what was there. Mother Nature put it all out that morning!

What a gorgeous landscape! I love the blues in the shadowed foreground especially. Helen Hunt Falls? Would that be Helen Hunt of tv/movie fame?

Kelley, thanks so much! I'm ready to paint another w/ these shadows, as love them, too!

Thank you so much Sherry! No, this Helen Hunt was one of the early settlers in the Springs. Don't know if they're related!

Thanks so much Cathyann!

Merci Beaucoup Weekend!

Thank you so much Kathryn. When I walked down the hill in the morning, the warms and cools were right in front of me! Perfect warm against cool!
