Lovely and serene, Pam. Hoping you are staying well away from the fires!

Lovely painting, you did a really good job on the wood door and the adobe.

Hi Pam
I really like what you "found" in this simple architectural subject.
Beautiful palette, design and expression.

Thank you Kelley. The fires were too close for comfort, but are now 90% contained.

Douglas, Thank you so much. The whole chapel was so beautiful that it was great to paint it.

Thanks so much Debbi!

Steven, Thank you. I was trying to make it simple to paint.

Stunning piece and one of my favorites by Pam Holnback! Love those soft slopes in the entryway and the oh so heavy wooden door. Beautiful light touches of color throughout the adobe and the fresh greens of early summer trees!

Thank you Hilda. It's interesting how some adobe is so orange-y and some so pinkish. I'm sure it's a mixture of the light and the building materials.

Merci Martine. Un tres jolie chapel.

Thank yo so much Sherry. To be one of someone's favorites is something! I loved painting it and think that plays a part.

Thanks so much Barbara.
