A Great Way To Start The Day

5" x 7" oil on board
$100.00 + $10. s/h

I have to admit, I am enjoying the paintings that I'm getting from my early mornings this week!  I guess you can tell that we live on the west side of town and our deck faces east!  And, that we have some trees on either side of the yard that I take the liberty of moving around, changing, and/or eliminating to work with the sunrise colors.  I really loved how the sky was so peachy!

You should get up early all the time! These paintings are wonderful! Abstract, and yet just enough 'reality'. You may have inspired me to get up a little early too. :)

Beautiful! How early do you have to get up for these plein air sunrises? At whatever sacrifice of sleep, they are worth it! Nicely done.

Thanks for your comments on my blog. Alaska has been great and I'm sure I'll be painting it and thinking about it long after I return home.
