Reflected Sky -- Victor Celebrates The Arts # 6

Reflected Sky
Oil on stretched canvas-ready to hang
$195.00 + $10. s/h

I started this piece late one morning.  I was driving around Victor looking for something to paint and spotted this old house.  I love the way the sky was reflected onto the glass in the door.

It was a really hot day, so this piece didn't get finished while in Victor.  I recently
finished it back in my studio.  My easel was in the shade.  But, I was painting in the hot sun!

There are so many charming, old houses and doors in Victor.  I could do a series...maybe this winter!

Lovely. Looks like you had a lot of fun and discovered a new source of inspiration. Don't blame you for finishing in the cooler indoors.
