Of course, it's important to have a healthy diet. And, I guess it's also important to have a healthy painting appetite! So, these are from the vegetable rack at Summerland Gardens!
Such a great balance of complementary colors. I am really liking how you incorporate the shadow into the design so beautifully. I have been checking my squash in the garden daily - I have tiny babies, so I know that soon I will be able to harvest some. Was in Walmart this evening and they wanted 1.89 for one small organic zucchini...come on my little squashes - GROW!!!

Hi Pam, This is such an interesting composition. I love the play between the flowers and the shadow
You really nailed those shadows, Pam. Love the creamy texture of the paint, too!
Hi Pam:
Love the Munsell colour wheel complements of purple and lime green tones you used here. Great shadows.

Your shadows are great - nice feeling to the painting.
nice Pam. Love the yellow/purple pallette.
Wonderful colors in this painting. Glad to see your work on DPO

Great shadows! That light green is so beautiful next to the Periwinkle blue/purple.
I have to agree 100% with Susan. An exquisite palette as well!
I'm really into shadows right now, I love the way you handled these really well - any secrets when you are observing and translating them?
