Roses Galore

Roses Galore
6" x 8"  Oil on canvas on board
$100.00 + $10. s/h

We couldn't get over all of the roses all over Italy.  They were everywhere!!  I've never seen anything like it before.

This is the one of the buildings in the villa(s) in Tuscany;  our apartment, 4 bedrooms is shown.  Villa Fabronni/Villa Panzalla in San Polo in Chianti.  These were about 45 minutes from Florence.

The pool is surrounded by olive trees, roses, and vineyards

The stairway to the pool

One of the windows in our apartment.

The road to the villa

Une peinture qui ne peut qu'être inspirée de ce lieu magique qu'est l'Italie... Une peinture qui sent bon le soleil et le parfum des fleurs abondante en cette époque de l'année.
Gros bisous.

So beautiful, Pam. I got an immediate mental image of the feet that have climbed those stairs eons ago. Amazing.

Wonderful photos to serve as inspiration in the future. Your roses are beautiful. The roses in our area where the best this year that I can recall as indeed most of our flowers have been this year. We had just the right amount of rain when we needed it. I wonder if they are always that abundant in Tuscany?
