Reflections

Reflections
11" x 14" oil
$295.00 + $10.00 s/h
SOLD

Off and on I work on my fishing series.  Most of these are from Colorado rivers and reservoirs, although some of them are from our travels.  Fishing and painting work so well together.  I can paint, while my husband fishes.  Or, I can take photos for later reference, then relax, walk, explore.

Beautiful! A favorite for me- love the wonderful reflection in the stream. The colors are really unified and lovely.

Vos occupations sont très compatibles ensemble...
Les reflets dans l'eau sont très bien réussis... Nous pourrions presque en entendre le bruissement.

Kathy, Thank you. You're right. When you stick w/ a limited palette, the colors are unified.

Thank you Susan, It's always a challenge to make the water appear to flow back and not up.

Carol, Thanks. Water, whether a mountain stream, or a Caribbean sea, does have a mood.

Merci Martine. Jaime beacoup les reflets des l'eau.

Linda, Thank you. Serene is such a great word. I might use that in a future title. Serene Stream...

Thank you Debbi. I hope that someday you are there painting w/ me!

Shirley, Thanks. I hope that yo can get him interested in fishing, or something that works so well w/ painting!

Kathleen, Thank you. "Tranquil setting" would make a great title! Look for that in the future.

Thank you Claire, I always appreciate your support!

Joanne, Thank you!! Sometimes the hammer is right on!

Thank you Nancy, Ye, It's great when Peter's fishing and I can paint!
